Story
Driven by a deep sense of purpose and passion for transforming behavior management systems, Markeida Singleton founded the Student & Teacher Empowerment Group to advocate for those most in need.
With 14 years of experience in education, she brings a wealth of knowledge from diverse settings, including homes, clinics, public schools, and juvenile justice facilities.
As a National Board Certified Exceptional Needs Specialist, Markeida designs, implements, and manages sustainable programs grounded in evidence-based and data-driven practices. Her vision centers on strengthening systems through targeted interventions, meaningful coaching, and impactful professional development.
A firm believer in collaboration, she excels at supporting students with exceptional needs, learning difficulties, and behavioral challenges across various environments.

Originally from South Central Los Angeles, California, Markeida uses her global experiences to transform the world of education. She creates spaces where collaboration replaces control, healing replaces harm, and growth is always possible.
Her vision is clear: more supportive, just, and inclusive environments for our youth and those who support them.
